Lyrics

A litany of small disturbances seem to have come my way

Each of little consequence but together they cause dismay

Prompted by ignoring what the small print had to say

Followed by a sort of domino effect type of day

It’s the coincidence of small things that combine to undermine you

They collide and collude in a way that leaves you kind of blue

A single line in a small font included all the clues

Hidden away in plain sight spelling out what to do

An outcome seemed out of reach, the answer without a trace

Perseverance was needed tempered by patience and grace

Then a flicker of hope and things fell into place

The unexpected resolution bought a smile to my face

A litany of small disturbances started out today

A number of consequences then caused dismay,

Be sure to check out what the small print has to say

And avoid the dominoes falling in a domino type of way.
